One buried asset, three revenue streams. The floor: contracted heating and cooling, bankable on its own. The upside: carbon and grid flexibility, which grows as renewable volatility grows and never carries the base case.

Proven parts, connected in a way that never existed.

We are not a drilling company, and we don't manufacture heat pumps. Drilling, installation, heat pumps and financing are contracted with established partners. Our value sits in the system that connects proven components into something that never existed: seasonal storage at building scale, charged from the building's own surplus. A single component, the pipe, is what makes it physically possible.

WHY WE'RE UNIQUE

Peak absorption is the moat.

Traditional ground storage is built for steady seasonal loads, not for short bursts of high PV power. Re:notch is engineered for rapid, high-intensity charging during midday solar peaks: 5 to 10 times higher peak charging power than conventional seasonal storage, enabling megawatt-scale flexibility per property.

The numbers are field-measured, independently corroborated, and protected by a patent architecture plus manufacturing know-how held as trade secret. Dr. Peter Platell, inventor of the pipe geometry at the core of our system (KTH), advises the company.
